Crystal Chain has been trading in Milton Keynes for 15 years now and for 5 years in Stratford-upon-Avon. We've also recently opened up a new branch in the prestigious Touchwood Shopping Centre in Solihull, Birmingham. Design
Most of our jewellery is designed in London to ensure that we always have contemporary styles that appeal to the U.K. market. New lines are introduced once a quarter to reflect the very latest seasonal styles.
Value
Worldwide production ensures that only factories that can offer exceptional value are selected. We bulk buy for our branches and website and pass the resultant cost savings on to our customers in the form of lower prices. Please don't forget that all our jewellery is solid sterling silver. Unlike most other high street outlets we do not sell any plated products. We offer over 100 lines at our starting price of just £10 and no item costs more than £190.
Presentation
As most of our sales are gift items we consider packaging to be of paramount importance.
Items are placed in our exclusive double designer boxes and are then sealed in matching gift bags in our branches or can be gift wrapped if bought online - all FREE!
Online Gift Service
Unlike most websites we do not add on a hefty delivery charge. Delivery is free on orders of £20 or more and we only charge £3 on smaller orders. Even if you are only spending £10 we will handwrite your personal message on a card of your choice and wrap your gift - all FREE! We offer a three day delivery service but will endeavour to arrange delivery for a specific date such as a birthday.
