COVID-19 UPDATED SHIPPING INFORMATION
We will be shipping orders once a week via Royal Mail. All orders will be posted each Wednesday after 12pm via First Class. However, postage times may take longer than usual so please allow for delays.
Enjoy free UK delivery on all orders of £20 or more.
A £3 charge will be made on orders under £20.
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days by first class signed for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
For Purchases Online:
We offer an online 14 day returns and exchanges policy. Simply post the unwanted goods back to us, stating the reason for return, within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in a brand new, unworn condition in all of the original packaging. Please note that postage costs will not be reimbursed. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post on return. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
For purchases in store:
We are happy to exchange goods but unfortunately no refunds are given. Items exchanged must be unworn and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.
Our jewellery comes with a three-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects. Please note the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including any damage caused by perfumes, heat exposure and general wear and tear. Tarnishing is not a fault and can be treated with a polishing cloth or silver cleaning products.
